The room is available from 24 June.
We both work in the CBD keep regular hours and looking for a housemates that keep the same general hours, who are neat and tidy, and don’t mind a bit of a chat when they get home from work. On the weekend we are always out and about catching up with friends and socialising.
The apartment complex has often at times been described as Melrose Place by those who come to visit. It is on the top, third level of a spacious and light filled complex. The complex is on Lygon Street between Brunswick Rd and Pigdon st with a tram stop right outside the door, numbers 1 and 8 taking you into the city. It is a quick walk to Sydney Rd and Nicholson St and just around the corner from the beautiful Rathdowne Village.
The complex has communal pool and gym facilities and very friendly neighbours. The apartment is furnished including all appliances, TV, internet, washing machine, dryer, air-con and heater.
