Looking for someone to come fill in a room in this lovely Melbournian Bungalow house. A block away from the 1 and 8 trams, walking distance to the cafes on Rathdowne, restaurants on Lygon, or Barkley Square on Sydney Rd.
The room has a built in desk and wardrobe, sky light, non-working fire place and wood floors. The rest of the house ... Wood floors, exposed brick, huge bathroom, and a little bricked area out the back with a garden (that needs a lot of TLC). The main feature though being a roof top to enjoy in the summer.
Looking for someone who is laid back, respectful and considerate of their roommates. Enjoys a beer/wine or having a few friends over on the roof top, but definitely not looking for a party house. Really its ideal for people who work during the day and want to come home to relax. We live in a great areas with great neighbours. If this sounds like somewhere you might want to live let me know.
Move in date is the 16th of July or earlier. Roommate who is leaving is willing to be flexible on the date.
